What you are buying

Products sold on this site are digital files, delivered by email immediately after purchase. Nothing physical ships. You need a device that can open a PDF. If your file does not arrive within an hour, check your spam folder first, then get in touch and I will send it to you directly.

Refunds

Because these are digital products that are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final and I do not offer refunds for change of mind.

I will always make it right if something goes wrong on my end. If your file never arrives, arrives damaged, or you were charged more than once, get in touch and I will fix it or refund you in full.

How you can use it

Your purchase is licensed for your own personal use. Print it, write in it, and bring it to your appointments as much as you like. Please do not copy it, share the file, post it publicly, or resell it.

Clinicians and organizations who want to share a guide with patients or staff should get in touch about a license rather than forwarding the file.

Not medical advice

Everything sold here is educational. Buying or reading it does not create a clinician and patient relationship between us, and it is not individual medical advice. Always talk with your own care team before starting, stopping, or changing any treatment. If you think you are having a medical emergency, call 911.

Payments and your information

Payments are processed by Stripe. I never see or store your card details. Your email address is used to deliver your purchase and, if you opted in, to send you occasional emails. You can unsubscribe from those at any time.
